I just got a new HP a6532f Vista Desktop. I would like to know what programs that came pre-installed I will not need and can safely remove. I got the desktop from Circuit City and that will not tell me that without coming to my house and charing me something I feel is a bit too much. Also is there a book or website that helps you to understand Vista and how to use it? I have a tool bar at the top and on the side.

I don't know what I need and how to do things. This is way different from XP.
