I just recently updated to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8 after hearing that some of the kinks were fixed. After the update, it took me a while to re-personalize everything again, some of my devices lost some of its functionality. Seriously, this update didn't do much, but change most of my property settings and move many things around. Also, some of the devices that lost its functionality was the file explorer capability for my android device, but the main one I'm concern about would be my Elan Touch pad. I noticed after the update, my touch pad almost all of its functionality other than movement, a normal click and a fidgety right click. I tried checking the mouse properties multiple times and the elan properties, but none of it makes a change. I have a few other issues in device manager that came up after the update, but I want to focus on this mouse problem at the moment.

I'm currently still working on a solution to resolve the issue.
