I am not sure what the rest of the stuff you put in that zip file is meant to be for (Windows 10?), you probably should have said what it all is for. I don't own a Hanvon Touchpad but a friend does and many of the drivers on it appear to be nuked. I am hopeful the Windows 7 drivers you provided will be of help.
