I had to format my HDD and lost all HP utilities recently. I downloaded all drivers etc. But can't find HP MyDrive which I badly need in order to update hp DVDRW GUB0N firmware. For now please perform these steps: • Please download the latest HP support assistant version and install it. Then run the updates. • Also please visit this link: and select the country. Then type the product# of the computer and follow the on-screen instructions to update the drivers.

Please update the bios, chipset and try to locate the DVD firmware update also. You might find it. This should fix the issue. Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. It will definitely fix the issue for you.
